Verification request

Are you considering employing someone who graduated at the NHL and do you want to verify his or her academic records? You can ask the information centre at the NHL to verify the certificates of the student. Please use our verification request form to apply for verification.

Due to the Personal Data Protection Act in the Netherlands we cannot verify the academic records without the explicit authorisation of the student. Therefore, the student must sign the verification request form. If you have a copy of the documents to be authenticated, please enclose them with the verification form.

We will verify the diploma and/or list of grades within 21 days. For more information please contact the information centre.
